The VISA COURSE contains 19 teaching hours a week/ 76 teaching hours per month and is tailor-made for all who plan to file an application for a language visa.
You can choose between different levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and their half levels (ie. A1.1, A1.2..)

VISA COURSE
One of the requirements for obtaining a language visa for Germany is presenting a course contract to a German representation in your home country which confirms the attendance at a German language course which must consist of at least 18 teaching hours a week. Our course consists of 19 teaching hours weekly and is tailor-made for this purpose. The course contract together with other required documents must be shown at a German Embassy in your homeland. Ask in the German Embassy in your country which other documents are required to obtain a language visa before registering. The processing by the embassies may take at least 8-12 weeks so remember to file an application early enough before your planned departure. To receive such a course contract from our school, you are required to pay the course fees first (recommended for at least 3 months in advance).

HOW IS THE PROCESS OF RECEIVING A CONTRACT FOR THE VISA COURSE?
Book the course above by clicking on REGISTER HERE (then insert a correct start date and an exact amount of months into the booking form). After you have booked this course, you will receive a reservation from us with all the details of your course date, duration and how you can make the payment for your chosen course. After receiving your payment, we will send you the course contract which you can file for a visa application in your country. Please note, that the course contract automatically expires after 30 months after the issuance, so plan well ahead.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY VISA APPLICATION IS REJECTED?
In case your visa application is rejected, you can receive the paid course fee back minus the none-refundable processing fee of 50€ (see above) and a cancelation fee of 80€ (in total 130€). To receive the fee back, you will need to send us the original rejection document you received from the embassy within one month after issuing at the latest and withdraw from the course at least 7 days prior to the start of the course. You need to cancel your attendance in the course in a written from (i.e. via email). Please note, that if you cancel your attendance later that 7 days before the start date, the course fees will not be refunded. A refund is only possible with the official rejection document.
CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY COURSE AFTER GETTING THE COURSE CONTRACT?
You can change the date of your course up to 7 days before the course start date which is in your contract. For the issuance of a new contract there’s a charge of 25€ and you must request the change by writing us an email. The change of the course start date is restricted to 3 times.

Please note that the booking is binding, so book only if you are sure you will file for a visa. Soon after, you’ll receive a course spot reservation from us with payment details via email Pay the course fees within 3 days via bank transfer or by cash at our office Receive a payment confirmation and a course contract from us File for your language visa with the course contract and other required documents (ask the details at the embassy as requirements vary depending on the country you’re applying) Get the visa, come to Germany and start learning German at sprachart BERLIN!
